Solution Architect

We are collaborating with a very prestigious financial services organisation who is looking for a Solution Architect to work on a large telephony transformation project.

*Please note this will be a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. You will receive all the benefits a permanent employee has such as 20% pension + 15% bonus + private medical cover, 28 days annual leave, etc.

You will mainly be responsible for architecting, designing and documenting technology solutions and processes in business, data, application and infrastructure (both on-prem and cloud platforms).

Experience required:

- Knowledge of designing on-premise and cloud telephony solutions (Ideally integrating with the Microsoft stack - Dynamics 365, Office 365)

- Experience in Cisco telephony technologies

- Designing Telephony contact center solution

- Knowledge of High Availability systems
