Service Manager

  • £65,000 per annum

Synapri are currently working with a huge, multinational Charity organisation, who are looking for an experienced Service Quality Manager to ensure and maintain a high level of service and support globally.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on incident and problem-resolution, as they will be responsible for owning all major IT incidents, managing communications, leading and coordinating responses and resources, and contributing to technical roadmaps.

This position requires the confidence and experience engaging with stakeholders at C-Level and reports into the Technology Services Director.

Required Skills:

  • 10 years’ experience in Services/Technology Support in complex and dynamic environments, utilising ERP systems
  • Leading problem-resolution for high severity, impact, repetitive, and complex incidents
  • Understanding of systems architectures, back-office applications, and process improvements
  • ITIL experience
  • Senior (CXO) stakeholder engagement
