I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk manager for a leading communications provider. The organisation are providers of connectivity and networking solutions to clients in the UK.
The Service Desk is responsible for delivering IT Service management and support to all the customers required. This will include provisioning, support, and maintenance of all solutions. You will also be responsible for the internal IT structure which boasts multiple software platforms, user support and critical hardware.
