Service Desk Analyst

Service desk analyst required for exciting FinTech business in the funding space.

 

Our client is looking to take on a service desk analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. The main responsibilities and duties of the role will be troubleshooting & resolving IT Support issues raised by users, creating & deleting user accounts, setting up new hardware in the offices & talking users through setting up equipment at home as required, as well as installing authorised software on laptops, desktops and servers. For this position there will be occasional work outside of office hours and travel to other office sites may be required.

 

The required skills for this role are:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines.
  • Awareness of the latest IT equipment/security standards
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office Suite & other common application for supporting our users devices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite- user accounts, shared mailboxes, SharePoint, Teams, etc
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory for the creation & deletion of user accounts
