Service Desk Analyst

Synapri are working closely with a market leading property company who are on the urgent search for a strong 1st/2nd line support analyst to work in London on a part remote basis. This role is paying up to £40k for the right fit.

 

I would be eager to talk to anyone with the follow qualifications and experience:

 

  • Deliver world-class 1st and 2nd line support to 400 colleagues nationwide, with the majority based in central London but most working from home
  • Delivering all services in line with industry best practices (e.g.  ITIL principles and framework)
  • Educate and encourage users wherever the opportunity arises
  • Liaising with 3rd line and 3rd parties to find solutions
