Service Desk Analyst

  • Hybrid Working (London) UK Based Only
  • £240 per day

Service Desk Analyst required for a leading business operating in the insurance space. Our client is looking for someone to come onboard for a 3 month contract to be the first point of contact for helping to onboard a large scale of new companies onto the clients internal systems. The opportunity will be a process driven piece of work rather than a technical hand on project and will need for someone who can help drive the onboarding through the process successfully. Skills required:

- Candidates must be process driven and work well in a fast passed environment.

- ITIL or Jira experience would be a plus.

- Efficient management and monitoring of ticket queues including telephone interaction with internal and external users.

- Great attention to detail and the ability to carry a high volume of workloads.

- Experience of working in a insurance or banking environment (Highly advantageous).
