Service Delivery Manager

  • £50,000 per annum

Service Delivery Manager required on a permanent basis for a global charity. This role will require travel to the Central London office one day a week.

 

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Service Desk and support teams to manage their service processes which encompass SLAs, stakeholder, incident and request management. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring their users are provided with a quality portfolio of IT systems/services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstratable knowledge of IT methodologies, OS, software, etc.
  • Experience working with Service Desk teams to maintain and improve service quality
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience working with 3rd party suppliers
