Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager required on a permanent basis for a telecoms company based in Hampshire. The Service Delivery Engineers are looking for an experienced leader to help manage, mentor and ensure the effectiveness and quality of the connectivity solutions delivered to customers.
You will ensue the Service Delivery Team are appropriately equipped to operate effectively and to standard. As well as this, you will provide technical expertise and support to team members and managers as needed.
Key skills needed:
- 3+ yeas of experience in a manager role
- Experience surveying and delivering onsite IT, Network or telecom solutions installations.
- Experience in quality assurance and post – deployment assessments.
- Reviewing installations and providing constructive feedback for service improvement.
