Service Delivery Manager

  • £50,000 per annum

Service Delivery Manager required on a permanent basis for a global charity.

 

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Service Desk and support teams to manage their service processes which encompass SLAs, stakeholder, incident and request management. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring their users are provided with a quality portfolio of IT systems/services. Your responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to managing budgets and financial processes, including running tenders for new and renewal of services as well as pushing continuous improvement practices from conception to implementation!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstratable knowledge of IT methodologies, OS, software, etc.
  • Experience working with Service Desk teams to maintain and improve service quality
  • Project Management experience working with stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Experience working with 3rd party suppliers

 

The role is set up in a remote first routine but will require the occasional travel to their London based office.
