Senior Salesforce Functional Lead

Synapri have partnered with a growing boutique Salesforce consulting partner in Belgium in their search for a Senior Salesforce Functional Lead to join the business on a permanent basis.

Our client provide Salesforce solutions to a wide and diverse portfolio of clients. They help clients implement Salesforce and make sure of its alignment with the existing vision, tools and processes. For this role, the business are looking for someone who is able to connect the dots between technology and the business needs presented by the client. You will need to be able to structure your thoughts and present a clear plan of how your part of the project should be managed while keeping in mind the project as a whole. The business work following an agile methodology, meaning you need to be very proactive and able to quickly adjust to a changing situation. You may be the representative of the business at the client, which means you are also autonomous in the way you work.

Day to day responsibilities will consist of:

-Guiding the client through a CRM transformation project by designing and implementing CRM strategies and tools

-Interacting with employees at all levels of the client organisation to define the best possible approach to the challenges they are experiencing

-Collaborating closely with the team to manage the project and keep track of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Strong functional knowledge of Service Cloud + knowledge of Experience Cloud is a plus
• Located in BE and willing to regularly (1x/week approx.) go to Liège
• Ability to work in complex environment and manage relationships with several teams
