Senior Salesforce Consultant

Senior Salesforce Consultant required to join one of the most reputable consultancies in Belgium on a permanent basis.

Our client operate on a hybrid working model and have 10+ sites located around Belgium.

This role will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment gaining exposure working with various different clients, such as Private clients, fast growing scale-ups, private equity driven businesses or well-established organisations.

Part of the role will be working in a collaborative and creative environment, leading project teams of on average 3 to 5 people, as well as managing and delivering digital transformation and CRM projects in an agile mode. The projects will vary from strategic discoveries to full CRM implementations (with Salesforce as a key enabling eco-system). You will be coached on your projects by more senior people with 10 to 25 years of experience.

Key experience:

• Experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementations projects
• Knowledge of CRM processes and trends;
• Ability to develop and manage project scopes, resources, timing and objectives
• Experience in developing and managing the relationship with the client and their stakeholders and performing risk management to minimize project risks;
• Experience in working with cloud based CRM or ERP technologies such as Salesforce, or alternatively Microsoft or others is a plus;
