Senior Business Analyst
- Nottingham (2 days onsite)
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Business Analyst required for a leading Fintech business looking to hire on a permanent basis to join their expanding team. This role will be responsible for leading the business analysis activities and supporting the delivery of the organisations change portfolio. Being a key member within the team the role will also enable the development of the organisation’s Business Architecture understanding and provide coaching to colleagues in the business analysis function. The successful candidate hired will be pushing the ongoing development of the business analysis capability and implementation of best practices!
Skills required:
- 5 years of experience working as a business analyst
- Strong experience of liaising with stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external) with strong influencing & negotiation skills
- Experience in producing Business Architecture artefacts to contribute to an architecture repository for an organisation
- Strong experience of producing requirements specifications using requirements engineering tools and techniques and the production of supporting business analysis artefacts
- Experience of supporting change initiatives through the change lifecycle to implementation
- A strong track record in the analysis and management of requirements of complex IT projects in a controlled environment, including the production of analysis plans
