Senior Application Support Developer

Senior Application Support Developer required to join a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

The organisation are based in London and will require someone who can get into the office once a week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of 3^rd line support engineers while also providing support themselves. Bug fixing, designing, building, testing and deploying to existing software products and services for a global real-estate business-line. You will be responsible for ensuring they deliver best-in-class software products working in an agile environment following the industry best practices.

Part of the role will be to Lead a team of 3^rd line support engineers, who are delivering day to day BAU support on existing tech stack, as well as managing the 3^rd line tickets both in the ServiceNow and through to the agile backlog. You will also be designing, documenting and implementing solutions in alignment with the product roadmap as well as delivering code based and non-code based technical solutions to solve business problems.

Key experience required:

• Experience of working in an application support position previously
• Development experience using C# / .NET
• Good understanding of the Microsoft development stack
• Strong communication skills
