Salesforce Solution Architect

Synapri have partnered with a leading global Salesforce consulting organisation in their search for a Salesforce Solution Architect. Our client are based in the Hague and operate on a hybrid working model.

The responsibilities of the role include the supervision over the development of Salesforce based solutions and supervision over the work of the implementation team. You will also be required for the preparation of technical documentation and will play the role of a subject matter expert in the field of Salesforce solutions. Facilitation of discovery workshops and requirement documentation and advising on the development and customization of solutions will be a key part of the role.

Experience required:

• Salesforce experience in consulting
• Experience in full-on client facing roles
• Sales and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications
• Experience with coordinating teams of people (configurators/developers)

• Fluent English

• Proven experience with Salesforce documentation
• Proven experience with running workshops – explaining technical concepts to business oriented people
