Salesforce Business Analyst

Synapri are currently supporting a global organisation within the Environmental Services industry. They are looking to bring on board a Salesforce Business Analyst on a permanent basis.

Our client are based in Amsterdam and operate on a hybrid working model.

Our client have been through immense growth this past year, now standing at 600 people. They have 22 offices across the globe and are looking to grow their headcount by another 200-300 over the next year. The organisation is currently utilising Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Pardot. Since the initial deployment 3 years ago, the Salesforce team have been increasing functionality and helping the business to adopt Salesforce into its operational functions. This position will be joining a group of Salesforce specialists within the Enterprise Technology team.

Part of the role will be to liaise with various teams across the business to understand requirements and provide user stories around key business challenges, as well as supporting both BAU topics as part of the continuous improvement cycle in sprints as well as on larger transformational projects relating to Sales Cloud, CPQ and Pardot. You will also be driving the continuous improvement of the usage of Salesforce as well as supporting bigger transformation initiatives.

Key experience:

• Salesforce Admin certified ADM201 desirable.
• Several years of administration/BA experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Pardot).
• Experience of/training in agile IT delivery methodologies.
• Previous experience with related business systems/technologies such as Tableau, JIRA Service Management and Visio/LucidChart is desirable.
