Medior Salesforce Consultant

Our client are a multi-cloud Salesforce partner based in central Netherlands that are a looking to bring on board a Junior-Medior Salesforce Consultant on a permanent basis.

Our client have gone through rapid growth over the past year, now sitting at nearly 30 consultants. They help clients with strategic decisions, design and implementations of Salesforce, and training and adoption. They work with a diverse portfolio of clients, giving you the opportunity to work on exciting Salesforce related projects to clients operating in different industries. Clients can vary from start up to medium sized, to huge enterprises across the region.

Our client are looking to bring on board consultants with 1-3 years’ experience in Salesforce on the technical side, however possessing a people focused mindset will be key.

Key experience required:

• You are responsible for identifying pain points and points for improvement at (potential) customers.
• You collect wishes from various stakeholders and you translate these into Salesforce solutions.
• You analyse complex business processes and translate them into process drawings, epics and user stories.
• You have at least 1 year experience as a consultant in Salesforce.
• You are not easily satisfied with an answer, you are a good listener and keep asking questions.
• You have a special passion for improving business processes and this is reflected in the projects you have carried out.
• You are eager to learn and willing to follow Salesforce and other training courses and to obtain certificates.
