Head of Support Operations

  • £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Head of Support Operations / Head of Client Services required for a leading SaaS provider to financially regulated markets. The role of Head of Support Operations will involve working closely with the C-Suite to ensure day to day operations of our clients global applications.  

 

The successful candidate hired will be overseeing a small client services team. The client are scaling currently as a business, the ideal candidate would have previously worked within small enterprise businesses who have grown rather than larger commercial businesses.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the C-Suite to manage the global team, focusing on seamless communication and delivery of client projects.
  • Supporting and implementing operational strategy, structure, and processes.
  • Support growth of the business by focusing on providing a consistently positive experience to clients through the customer journey.
  • Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all products.

 

Our client are a London based business. This particular team will transition to more of an onsite working set up over the coming months.
