The Head of Digital Product

The role owns the strategy, budget and roadmap to ensure that we operate a best-in-class digital customer experience which is seamless across channels and focused on growth and commercial performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the delivery of the digital roadmap across the UK and International and is accountable for delivery of the backlog
  • Manages – Product Management, UX Design, CRO and Web Operations
  • Own relationships with the lead development agency and any other 3rd party suppliers, to establish technical solutions, requirements, scope and commercial negotiations
  • Works closely with other Technology & Digital leads on integration of new functionality in order to support the strategy and growth across all channels and markets
  • Creates an environment of continuous improvement to ensure digital products have the optimal user interface and experience required to drive conversion and revenue
  • Owns the CRO programme ensuring website & user analytics and user & AB testing is at the heart of creating a digital roadmap based on ROI and key KPIs
  • Drives a team behaviour of constantly reviewing industry trends, competitors, new technologies in order to identify key strategic developments
  • Presents solutions and business opportunities at all levels across the company, sharing the roadmap in order to gain cross departmental stakeholder buy in
  • Key member of the Senior Leadership supporting the Technology and Digital Director in the strategic planning and delivery.

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
