Early Talent Acquisition Partner

  • London (UK Based)
  • £250 - £300 per day

Early Talent Acquisition Partner required on a contract base for a leading Microsoft Consultancy. The successful candidate will be required to occasionally travel to the office in Central London but won’t be required to do so on a weekly basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the candidate sourcing and hiring, helping him to identify, shortlist and interview candidates across their many talent programmes. This role will be focusing on hiring graduates, apprentices and career changes into roles across the business.

In addition to the sourcing of candidates, the Early Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the assessment day processes for the graduate recruitment programme.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Managing candidate applications
  • Working with key stakeholders to improve processes/inefficiencies
  • Managing the graduate recruitment assessment days

Skills required:

  • Prior experience in a talent acquisition/internal recruitment role
  • Excellent time management
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
