Delivery Lead

Contract Delivery Lead required for a leading Consultancy organisation to support a digital programme of work for one of their clients. 

This role will be working closely with the customers key stakeholders to act as the consultancy’s main representative for the project. Responsible for the project delivery, the successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodology and will work closely with the development team to remove any impediments in the sprint progress.

This will be leading the delivery of the website build and application development for a programme of work that will be heavily focused on customer experience, so a history of working on customer experience projects for B2C solutions is a must for this project.

Key responsibilities:

• Acts as the businesses main representative concerning the project.
• Mentor, collaborate and support the scrum master
• Maintains the project schedule, plan and budget together with the Project Manager.
• Collaborates with the Scrum Master to remove Sprint impediments.
• Prepares for and manage the Project Status meetings.
• Liaise with the Product Owner to effectively manage the product backlog.
• Facilitates ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews.
• Improves Sprint processes and introduces methods to increase quality, efficiency and velocity.
