Data Analyst

Data Consultant required to join a regulatory body on an initial 6-month contract, OUTSIDE IR35.

Our client operates on a fully remote basis, however will need candidates who are based and can work in the UK.

This role will drive the data traceability matrix for MDM elements, building data profiling rules, data cleanse rules, matching rules for data hub load and the SQL build by creating exports from all relevant source systems. This position will drive the organisation towards the goal of matching data across systems to improve the cleansing of data and reducing data duplicates.

It is key for this position that candidates that have worked with large enterprises on global programmes previously.

Experience required:

• SQL
• SAP experience
• Understand data modeling
• Business process and mapping experience
• Power BI or Tableau

Key deliverables:

• build the capability to configure environment for data profiling
• build the profiling requirements into a SQL instance
• build data cleansing rules for all data types
• complete data traceability matrix provided for all MDM elements
• internalising, documenting, executing and continuously improving the processes of proper data entry and on-going maintenance of the SQL cleanse hub
