Business Application Analyst
- Central London (Hybrid 1-2 days on Client site)
- £40,000 - £47,500 per annum
Synapri are working with a global climate change organisation who are looking for a self-motivated IT focused Business Application Analyst to join their established Enterprise Technology team on a permanent basis.
The desired candidate for this opportunity will be able to showcase a strong background of Business System support experience, with an ability to provide user training and development for other colleagues.
Essential skills:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with or using similar applications: JIRA Service Management, Team Tailor, HiBob, Tableau, DocuSign, MIRO, Rydoo and Monday.com (or any 3rd party enterprise application).
- Data migration skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, an ability to liaise across multiple departments in the company and office’s around the world to provide user stories.
- A solid understanding with Agile and ITIL delivery methodologies.
