Business Analyst
- Nottingham (2 days onsite)
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Business Analyst required for a leading Fintech business looking to hire on a permanent basis to join their expanding team. This role will take accountability of business analysis activities in the delivery of the clients change initiatives while focusing on the business needs! The successful candidate hired will have experience of business analysis processes, tools and techniques and proficiency in the current best practices. You will be contributing to the continuous improvements across the business while producing good quality, well documented and accurate work within agreed timescales.
Skills required:
- 2-5 years experience of working as a Business Analyst
- Experience of supporting change initiatives through the change lifecycle to implementation
- A strong track record in the analysis and management of requirements of IT projects in a controlled environment, including the production of analysis plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of good professional practice and disciplines in business analysis using a variety of methodologies and best practice
- Strong experience and understanding of business problems and the ability to think logically to enable problem solving
