2nd Line Support

  • UK - Remote
  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

I am recruiting for a 2nd Line Support engineer for a leading provider of connectivity and networking solutions to all companies around the UK. My client is looking for a highly motivates, proactive individual that has a real passion for solving IT related incidents.


You will be part of the service desk team where you will be facing customers and playing a vital part in supporting the team and their customers.


Key responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and support to the 1st Line Support team
  • Strong Network skills.
  • Supporting office 365 applications and systems.
  • Working closely with the team and team leader in resolving incidents and service requests.


Please note my client cannot provide sponsorship and you will be required to be onsite 5 times a week based in Hampshire.
