Synapri are currently working with a leading Marketing and Sales company, who are looking for a L2 Support Analyst to expand their growing support team for their European branch.
Our client are looking for someone who is comfortable managing helpdesk incidents that are escalated from 1st line, complete requests for software installs and deployments, hardware refreshes, maintain systems, manage user security, and be principal administration of desktop management systems, desktop deployment services and mobile device management.
