SFMC Solution Architect

I have partnered with an established Salesforce Consultancy partner based out of Texas, United States - who are looking to add to their Marketing Cloud Practice with an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect.

The role will require you to work with client to define, develop and deploy brand specific marketing plans across various channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud whilst ensuring they get the best out of the platform.

For this role it is essential to have someone with strong/expert knowledge of SF Marketing Cloud best practices and configuration skills. You must have experience in designing solutions, be confident in defining timelines scales, budgeting and deliverables scoping, conducting training and ensuring overall project success.

Elements of this role will include:

• Undergoing technical business process discovery and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Client facing : translating business objectives into technical requirements.
• Staying up to date with all new features and products from Salesforce launches and partners to act as one of the businesses SFMC SMES
• Provide ROI and analysis of marketing initiatives / campaigns for the consultancy's customers.
• SME level knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP

The ideal person for this role would have experience in:

• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting experience utalizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong technical configuration knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Sales Cloud a bonus)
• Exisiting commercial knowledge of SFMC products such as CDP (Customer Data Platform) or IS (Interaction Studio)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified.
