Salesforce Technical Consultant

- $70,000 - $120,000 per annum
Synapri have partnered with a Salesforce Partner based in the Untied States who are looking to bring in a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their Managed Services Practice.
You will be working with existing on case management project work which will include Technical assistance on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and FSL projects and integrations.
You will be working closely with the Technical Lead to :
- Manage support requests across customer initiatives
- Coach and Train Jnr team members
- Provide technical insight onto solutions crafted for client needs
- Build and present salesforce solutions across core Salesforce products based on a set of client requirements
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Required experiences:
- US work authorisation (essential)
- Salesforce Admin Certified (minimum)
- Sales or Service Cloud Consultant desirable
- Middleware Integration exposure to Jitterbit, Boomi, etc
- Minimum of 2 years professional Consultant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of working on Sales / Service cloud solutions
