Salesforce Technical Architect

Our client are a leading Salesforce implementation partner based in the Benelux region. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join the team on a long-term freelance basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. The Salesforce Technical Architect will work with stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and recommend solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce
• Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams to recommend Salesforce best practices and design patterns
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design specifications, technical requirements, and system diagrams
• Lead code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
• Participate in the evaluation of new Salesforce features and recommend their adoption to improve the Salesforce platform
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates must be fluent in English & French or Dutch.
