Salesforce Solution Architect

Synapri are working with a well-established Salesforce Partner, who are looking to build out the UK team. Due to recent success, the business has won a lot of work for the year ahead. You’ll be working with some household names and be responsible for aligning business and technology, defining the why and how that drives solution success, selecting the right product features that maximise the business’ value.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Salesforce certifications – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud – Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud - beneficial
- ITIL certification
- At least eight years of working experience in Salesforce
- In depth knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud – desirable
- Strong project and product management
- Analysing technology environment, enterprise specifics and requirements
- Creating a solution prototype
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep analytical skills
- Project and resource management skills
- Work collaboratively
