Salesforce Product Owner required for a leading international charity looking to bring on an experienced Product Owner to be responsible for all customer & product designs while being a Salesforce functional expert.
Our client is creating a core CRM platform that will standardise the data model across all of the clients Salesforce organisations (UK, US & International). The client are aiming to deliver an MVP product in the year, that will be able to be used by all of the clients members!
The Global Salesforce Product Owner will create and own the vision and roadmap for the Core Salesforce CRM Product while having a comprehensive understanding of member user requirements; The role holder manages and aligns both users and stakeholders on this vision; ensures the system design aligns with accounting policies; prioritises developments and works with the Project Team and IT to deliver the features to achieve this vision.
The successful candidate hired will be the ultimate owner of the Salesforce Core CRM Product so this opportunity would be perfect for someone who wants to come onboard and take ownership in managing and bringing the end product to light while using their skills and previous experience to achieve this!
Ideal skills required:
- Strong experience in Salesforce or CRM Product Ownership
- Experience of Global CRM implementation projects throughout the full lifecycle including experience in the deployment of CRM remotely
- Previous experience within complex, global, multicultural organisations (public, private or charity sector)
- Strong experience of working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent CRM knowledge for a global organisation including multiple legal entities
