Salesforce Product Manager

  • £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Location: Central London (1-2 office visits per month)

Synapri are working with a Climate Change organisation who are in the market for a Salesforce Product Manager/Owner to join the business at a vital stage of a large Digital Transformation Programme. This business work on a global scale delivering solutions and best practises to a variety of sectors with the goal of achieving Net Zero Carbon Emissions.

This position has come up for a 9 month FTC, with an ideal start date of 1st September 2023.

The main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact with stakeholders for the Salesforce domain (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Pardot)
  • Translating pain points and business requirements into the Salesforce Org.
  • Demonstrate business analysis skills by outlining issues, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
  • Organise and manage sprint sessions, including daily stand ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and using Jira.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage the Roadmap, gather ideas from the team and present them to the internal stakeholders.
  • Coordination during the end to end testing and UAT phases.


Requirements:

  • Experience of managing software backlogs and teams, ideally within a complex, highly integrated technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, across different geographies and business functions.
  • Ability to understand and influence technical and business stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in process engineering, workflow mapping.
  • The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently.
  • An ability to define and manage priorities and plan accordingly.
  • Experienced in delivering communications, stakeholder updates, “show-and-tells” and walkthroughs.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
