Salesforce Implementation Consultant

I am working with a CRM Implementation Consultancy who are looking to bring in a Functional Consultant for a number of projects within the Recruitment and Staffing industry.

 

They need someone who comes from a Staffing and Recruiting background or has delivered IT / ERP / CRM / ATS projects into a recruitment company so that they know the recruitment process and understands the benefits of CRM brings.

 

This person will need to familiar with Salesforce solutions / platforms to an expert level. This role will require you to be able to configure Salesforce solutions, provide user support and advise on best practice.

 

The person in this role be an experienced Salesforce Implementation / Functional Consultant who will be:

• Client facing
• Responsible for gathering requirements from clients
• Conduct process mapping // scoping
• Create user stories based off of client requirements
• Configure functional aspects of the solution

 

They will have a Tech team to support them which will do any coding or programming.

 

Experienced required:

 

• 4 years experience working on Salesforce platforms
• Salesforce Certified (Ideally Admin, Advanced Admin and any of the Consultants)
• Comfortable configuring heavily customised Salesforce solutions
• Ideally: Basic level coding knowledge (Ability to read code)
• Be comfortable in customer facing positions to take user requirements to then translate into a Salesforce Solution.
