Salesforce CRM Analyst

Synapri are currently working with a leading, global strategic partner consultancy who are looking to onboard a role in their Salesforce department in Belgium.
Our client are looking for someone to facilitate workshops for users and clients to turn requirements into technical solutions. Someone to support development teams by acting as the liaison between the client and technical team in order to clarify requirements.
The successful candidate will be a good people person with strong communication and personal skills, be passionate about CRM and have a willingness to develop their ability in Salesforce technology.
Required skills include:
- Fluent in English
- Professional language skills in French or Dutch
- Keen knowledge to learn or existing knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong interest in CRM, content management or e-commerce
- Good communication skills
- Varying levels of experience being considered from Junior to Senior. For senior roles knowledge of Salesforce and certifications are necessary.
