Salesforce Business Analyst
- London, UK (flexible office/remote working)
- £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Synapri is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst on behalf of a consultancy that specialises in Lead to Revenue & Salesforce CRM. The Senior team is made up of a number of experts in the Salesforce and CPQ space so this is a fantastic environment to develop your knowledge and skills.
The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with a dedicated Project Manager and support them on a number of the consultancy’s key accounts. Projects will include new Salesforce & CPQ implementations, upgrades and configuration pieces so experience in similar CRM projects and a good understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle is a must.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Ideally, you will have 2-3 years’ experience working on end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Previous experience in a core IT/CRM Business Analyst role is advantageous.
- Previous consultancy experience isn’t a must but highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Previous experience in lead-to-revenue or CPQ billing is a bonus.
