Salesforce Business Analyst

Synapri is working closely with a specialist Salesforce Consultancy who is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to come in a help deliver several greenfield implementation projects. Our client is keen to start discussions with people who are looking for work on a permanent and contract basis.
If successful you will be working primarily remote but there may be the rare expectation to travel to the client site when needed.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a proven track record of helping to deliver Salesforce projects into telecommunications, energy, or utility markets.
Essential skills:
- Over 3 years of experience working with Salesforce
- Proven track record of successfully creating Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Process Flow Diagrams
- Ability to work with external partners/ clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
