Salesforce Administrator

  • £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Synapri are working with a globally recognised Salesforce end user who are looking to bring in a Salesforce Administrator to join their growing Salesforce function. The team need an interim to manage and maintain the Sales and Service cloud platform.

 

The ideal candidate will have good technical, analytical and problem solving skills and will be comfortable in interacting with all levels of the business. All whilst having a strong understanding of Salesforce.

 

The Salesforce Administrator will be a subject matter expert for all technical solutions, automation, monitoring, release management and business processes. You will also have the support of Salesforce Developers and technical specialists.

 

The role will be a hybrid working model with a mixture of in office and remote based work.

 

Responsibilities within the role include:

 

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce and monitor the system daily and integrated applications, including system configuration and system maintenance.
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, create and maintains custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields and process builder.

 

Experience required:

3+ years working in a Salesforce environment (Admin, BA or Consultant)

Salesforce Certified (Minimum of Admin 201)

Flows, Process Builder and Workflow rules

With reports and Dashboards

With Data Loader and Data Manipulation

 

Any DevOps experience including GitHub, Octopus tool or similar deployment tool, CI/CD pipeline and DX technology would be beneficial but not essential
