Salesforce Administrator

  • UK Based (Remote)
  • £41,000 per annum

Synapri is in partnership with a life-changing charity organisation who are about to embark on the next stage of their Salesforce platform development journey. Technology is essential in helping the organisation have more of an impact and Salesforce plays a big role in this. The Salesforce Administrator will contribute to supporting and developing this highly customised Salesforce instance. This individual will play a vital role in the CRM team, overseeing the continual improvement to meet the organisation’s diverse and expanding needs. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent thereafter.

 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator – ADM201 or ADM211
  • Minimum 3 years’ commercial Salesforce experience
  • Proven experience of Salesforce administration, configuration, troubleshooting and support
  • A background in Sales Operations or IT support will be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Salesforce upcoming releases and support
  • Previous Community Cloud experience is desirable
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail
