The Charity are heavily investing in an organisational wide IT Transformation project to bring a number of their systems and processes up to a more 'modern' standard.
The IT department is in the middle of a multi-year digital transformation programme, consolidating, replacing and implementing new systems to support the charity for the future.
You will be working with the Head of Business Systems to deliver the programme of change and will work across the whole project lifecycle from initial discovery to handover to operations. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously. One project on the roadmap is a SFMC Implementation / Roll out, Service Cloud improvement project and several third party system integrations with the Salesforce platform.
- Proven recent experience in successfully delivering business transformation projects and business change activities. Ideally been involved in Salesforce delivery projects in recent roles.
- IT literate, confident user of MS Project, MS Visio and an advanced user of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills to deliver messages clearly and concisely at all levels and to communicate difficult concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven experience of planning, organisational, and time management skills.
