HCM Project Manager - Salesforce

Synapri are currently working with a leading Salesforce ISV who have created a bespoke HR & Payroll platform which is available on AppExchange.

Due to consistent growth and success, they are looking to hire another Project Manager into the business to manage the successful delivery of their key projects including implementations, integrations and enhancements.

Location: Remote with occasional visits to client site.

Must haves:

• Strong project management experience for the successful delivery of key software implementation projects.
• An understanding of the entire HCM and payroll lifecycle.
• A customer-first attitude with experience delivering projects on time and in budget.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to lead by example to strive your time to be focused, forward thinking and result oriented.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
• Recognised Project Management certifications or qualifications.
• An understanding of the Salesforce platform or similar Cloud platform such as Sage People, Workday, Oracle or PeopleSoft.
