Global Process Owner - Master Data

Synapri have partnered with a global FTSE 100 business who have recently embarked on a 4-5 year greenfield Oracle Cloud implementation. 

We are supporting them in the search of a Global Process Owner to lead their Master Data workstream. 
 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the strategic vision of ERP system, aligned to GPO’s and other key stakeholders, with a particular focus on being the SME for master data. for the Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems.
• Responsible for defining, documenting and agreeing all processes and operating procedures in the Master Data business area, based on improvement and best practice, to be applicable as appropriate, to all DPMS locations worldwide.
• Act as subject matter expert for the Master Data workstream during the implementation of a new ERP system, leading and contributing to all project phases from requirements definition through to live operations.
• Provide ongoing training, support, updates and future enhancement of Master Data management post go-live in each country as appropriate.
• Continual evaluation and appraisal of the solution with regular validation and implementation of new releases in line with Validation protocols.
• Drive the implementation of process changes that support the solutions.
• Accountable for ensuring successful implementation of standard global processes, evaluating end-to-end performance and affecting necessary design or execution adjustments.
• Supporting the development and delivery of the DPMS Data Strategy, Data Governance and tactical initiatives in line with the wider business.
• Responsible for the delivery and optimisation of the new system data for consumption across the business, through multiple platforms and applications.
• Responsible for the delivery of data quality management tooling and infrastructure.
• Promoting the wider adoption of best practice methodologies in Master Data management across the company
• Overall responsibility for the extraction, transformation, cleansing and loading of Master Data from multiple systems into the new ERP solution
• Support the design of Master Data in the new ERP with an aim to align and standardise with other areas of the business where possible Lead the master data team, either direct or indirect resources with effective management including all associated responsibilities
