Director of Sales

  • Central / Eastern United States (Remote)
  • $200,000 per annum

Synapri have partners with a Small to Medium sized Salesforce Consultancy partner who operates out of the East Coast of the United States.


They are looking to bring in a Director of Sales to help continue to grow their presence in the market whilst managing and developing a small team of Account Executives.


You would be responsible for :


- Coordination between Sales department and other teams.

- New Business Development.

- Harnessing and managing relationships with existing clients.

- Managing and developing relationships with Salesforce themselves where necessary.

- Continually review and amend price lists when needed.

- Review, analyse and present sales performance against planned margins & sales objectives including control of department overheads.​

- Manage a small team of Account Execs

- Strategic input on how to structure the Sales division moving forward.


They are looking for someone with a proven record working in a similar capacity within in the Salesforce ecosystem and ideally someone with experience in GB/Mid Commercial in the MAE vertical.
