Account Manager

Synapri are supporting a Salesforce Implementation partner who are growing their Sales Division with the addition of an Account Manager.

 

This role will be mainly focused around supporting existing customers. You will be responsible for maintaining existing customers / current contacts whilst also seeking out additional opportunity within the business and building new relationships. Please see below more detail on role expectations:

 

  • Existing customer management – relationship building and maintaining.
  • Frequent client site visits. (Mainly London based but customers nationwide)
  • Identification of new follow on projects within existing customers.
  • Acting as a point of contact for Commercials for new business / projects agreed by Pre Sales / Sales Team.
  • Managing the Sales process working alongside Pre Sales Consultant.
  • Small percentage of the role will be a New Logo quota.
  • Set hours per month on Manage Services support.

 

The role will require somebody who comes with a very specific background in the Salesforce ecosystem but is a great opportunity to join an exciting business, with excellent company culture.

 

Experience required:

 

  • Experienced Account Manager (2 years minimum) who comes from a background of Sales and Consultancy (Ideally Salesforce themselves or a Salesforce Partner)
  • Less of a ‘hunter’ Salesperson and more of a account growth / manager / executive.
  • Essential someone who comes from a Salesforce background.
    • Account Exec
    • Pre Sales Consultant
    • Account Manager
