Head of Product

Head of Product required for well-established fast growing Fintech organisation looking for someone to come onboard and working within a global team. This role will be focused on leading the direction of the product strategy and making key decisions in the company growth and future.
I have included a small snapshot below on some of the key responsibilities you will be taking part in:
- Implement the strategy for products
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Guide the user and competitive research of products
- Defining and managing the roadmap for products
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product strategy
- Set your team's product goals, success metrics and roadmap
- Manages teams of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers and UX Designers
Experience needed
- Experience in High Risk Environments including Crypto currencies, Gaming, Trading or FX ETC
- 5+ years of experience working with a tech companies or working in finance
- Successful track record of leading complex product strategies.
- Experience of formulating and driving a focused product vision
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to make decisions based on impact.
