Agile Delivery Lead

Synapri are currently working with a global provider of SaaS solutions who are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive continuous improvement to the organisation and lead two Product Squads with agile methodologies within a lean culture.

 

The successful candidate should be a seasoned practitioner of agile techniques. This position will be reporting into the Agile Delivery Manager and  working alongside Product Owners, Tech Leads and cross-functional teams.

 

Some of the role responsibilities include facilitating scrum ceremonies, supporting continuous improvement, helping the teams to “fail fast” to build learning using data, implement and develop agile/lean techniques, ensuring conflict-resolution, contributing to and facilitating the quarterly Roadmap Planning event and execution, removing impediments and mitigating risks as necessary.

 

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for participating in change management, actively being a member of the Agile Guild, tracking and resolving systemic impediments at program-level, carrying out targeted coaching, and attending scrum-on-scrums.

 

This position requires the following skills:

• Scrum Master Certification
• Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders
• Experience working in a Tech environment/organisation

 

Desirable experience:

• Jira (flows, configurations, capacity planning, roadmap functionality)
• Deployment and Release coordination best-practices
