Account Manager

Synapri are a young, hungry & passionate specialist technology recruitment business. Following a very successful first 3 years, we are now looking to hire an additional Account Manager to join our highly experienced team on our exciting growth journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a team who truly enjoy helping organisations grow. You will need to be a strong communicator, adaptable and a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will need to have good experience of working as an Account Manager or Delivery Consultant within a recruitment environment. The role will involve managing and delivering against a number of existing client relationships.

We offer an excellent package, uncapped commission earnings and team incentives in a great working environment. In your first year you can expect to earn £30k-£40k (including commission) which will then grow significantly in year 2 and beyond. You will be given both the relevant training but also the autonomy to succeed in a very progressive, fast growing organisation.

The salary range highlighted is based on experience and performance in the role.
