Senior Service Desk Analyst

  • Central London / Hybrid Working
  • £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Senior Service Desk Analyst required for a private bank, located in Central London. This opportunity will be to provide hands-on IT support and assistance to colleagues across the workplace. The successful candidate will be deputising for the Service Desk Team Lead when needed, and will be responsible for supporting the bank’s internal users. Please see below for the requirements for this role:


Ideal experience would include:

  • Ability to lead and manage all BAU queues.
  • Good problem, diagnostic, and support skills in both hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers etc.) and software.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Experience in Active Directory administration.
  • Experience using Windows 10, Windows Server 2008-2016.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS/Android)

Our client operate in a hybrid environment and are looking for someone who is comfortable going into the office 2 days per week.
