Recruitment Scheduler/Coordinator

Our client, a leading Technology Consultancy, are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator/Scheduler to join the team on a contract basis to manage benched consultants. The ideal candidate will have a Tech Consultancy background in recruitment and experience in scheduling and liaising with stakeholders, as well as being organised and confident to enable working multiple roles at once.



  • Liaising with stakeholders to gather role demands
  • Management of benched consultants and their time
  • Administration of requests
  • Running reports
  • Regular housekeeping of internal systems to ensure they are up to date

Key skills:

  • Experience in a Co-ordinator, Administrative or Internal Scheduling/Recruitment role
  • Ideally Recruitment or Consulting background
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Organised/Process Driven
  • Strong Admin skills
  • Great comms
