Recruitment Scheduler/Coordinator

Our client, a leading Technology Consultancy are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator/Scheduler to join the team and work alongside the Recruitment Lead on a contract basis until the end of the year.

This role will be split across x2 teams to help support the Scheduling and Associate Network teams. The ideal candidate will have a Tech Consultancy background in recruitment and experience in scheduling and liaising with stakeholders, as well as being organised and confident to enable working multiple roles at once.

 

Skills/Responsibilities:

 

Scheduling:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to gather role demands
  • Administration of requests
  • Running reports
  • Regular housekeeping of internal systems to ensure they are up to date

 

Associate Network/Contract recruitment team:

  • Facilitating the recruitment of new contractors/associates and managing existing
  • Administration
  • Liaising with stakeholders

 

Key skills:

  • Experience in a Co-ordinator, Administrative or Internal Scheduling/Recruitment role
  • Ideally Recruitment or Consulting back ground
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Organised/Process Driven
  • Strong Admin skills
  • Great communication skills
