Service Desk Manager

  • London (Hybrid Working)
  • £38,000 - £44,000 per annum

Synapri are currently working with a leading international non-for-profit organsaiton, who are looking for a Service Desk Manager to join their already established team, based in Central London.

 

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the charity’s users. They will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and manage Service Desk and Second Line Analysts.

 

Our client operate in a hybrid environment and are looking for someone who is comfortable going into the office 1 day per week.

Ideal experience would include:

  • Experience managing a Service Desk, Second Line or IT Support Team.
  • Experience of IT methodologies, cloud services, operating systems, software and hardware.
  • Experience with support systems such as Network booting (PXE), SCCM, and command line.
  • Experience troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading hardware (desktops, laptops, and mobile devices).
  • Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Sharepoint site administrator, and Teams/Planner setup.
