IT Service Desk Analyst

  • £35,000 per annum

Synapri are currently working with one of the most established and reputable private banks in the UK, who are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide excellent support and assistance to colleagues throughout the bank, hence contributing overall to outstanding customer experiences.

 

Our client are looking for someone who has a strong service focus with excellent communication skills, and a good breadth of IT support knowledge including hardware and software problem diagnostic skills.

 

The successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working from the London office 3 days weekly.

 

The role also requires someone who has hands-on technical experience:

  • Proficiency in Windows 10
  • Active Directory Administration
  • ITIL concepts and processes
  • Hardware, Mobile and Desktop support
